Three runs of 16 threaded insert ( I ran a tap through each hole at the end)

These are inserted into the base table of my miller / PCB driller so that a PCB can be accurately bolted to the table.

Two MDF sheets one with holes one with hexagons in matching places.

The ABS stops the drills breaking (Started this idea with brass inserts). The hexagon in the bottom MDF sheet stops the inserts turning as you tighten the allen screw.

 This is 48 pieces but as you cant tell the differences in the runs lets call it 16.


Count is 148 models from one Gekko board.
