Final Print For Sunday ( A Big One)

We decided to finish the weekend with a second large print using the countersunk screws. I do feel that they are warping the board more than the flay ones do but we want to see how well the system copes with a large print on a base that is as warped as it will get. Before we straighten it again by heating the other way up

A fully profiled gear wheel the second one will be done during the week.
